Bookings/Cancellations & Refunds policies. 

Payments & Bookings

In order to facilitate our offering of classes and ensure that your child always has a secured slot on our busy sessions, we have made payments easier and will now be accepting these for complete term cycles.

​

This means that we will only accept payments in the form of TERM blocks to enable your child to have a secure place for their classes for an entire Term (Ten Weeks).

 

Bookings and payments will be made securely online on our website each term by selecting the corresponding block of classes for a particular term. Once payment has been approved, you can consider your booking confirmed.

 

You will receive a confirmation email on completion of this process as a receipt of booking and payment.

Gift Cards/Vouchers

 

You will be able to use any purchased Gift Card/Voucher to book any program online. All vouchers must be used within 3 months of purchase date and cannot be exchanged or refunded for any monetary value.

Cancellations

​

Parents/Guardians/Carers will notify The MBS Wellbeing team no less than 24 hours before cancellation of a pre-paid program/class/workshop/course. In the event of a cancellation being made due to medical reasons, the paid amount will be held in credit for use at a later date (not exceeding 1 month from original date). No refunds will be offered in the event of any cancellations made for non-medical/emergency situations.
