Payments & Bookings In order to facilitate our offering of classes and ensure that your child always has a secured slot on our busy sessions, we have made payments easier and will now be accepting these for complete term cycles. This means that we will only accept payments in the form of TERM blocks to enable your child to have a secure place for their classes for an entire Term (Ten Weeks). Bookings and payments will be made securely online. If your child has previously taken part in our programme, please contact us via Whatsaap to arrange payment. If you are registering your child for the first time, please contact us via Whatsaap directly on Tel: 54001620. Once payment has been approved, you can consider your booking confirmed. Please ensure to add wellbeingkids@mbsgib.com and info@mbsgib.com to your safe email list or check your SPAM folder. Gift Cards/Vouchers You will be able to use any purchased Gift Card/Voucher to book any program online. All vouchers must be used within 3 months of purchase date and cannot be exchanged or refunded for any monetary value. Cancellations Parents/Guardians/Carers will notify The MBS Wellbeing team no less than 24 hours before cancellation of a pre-paid program/workshop/course. In the event of a cancellation being made due to medical reasons, the paid amount will be held in credit for use at a later date (not exceeding 1 month from original date). No refunds will be offered in the event of any cancellations made for non-medical/emergency situations.

We certainly can. Our programme includes a SPONSORED CHILD SCHEME where we can fund those in need or support or funding.

Question 4

Arrival & Dismissal

TIMINGS
Children do not need to be collected at the usual time on the day of their activity. MBS Members of Staff will collect them at 15:15/30 from the school gates and then access the school facility to carry out the activities.

EARLY DISMISSALS
We are no longer able to accommodate regular early dismissals. Please only register your child if they are able to attend for the entire duration of the session. For emergency exceptions, please contact the Programme Coordinator.

Clothing & Snacks

CLOTHING
Children are allowed to come to school dressed in their school PE kits on the day of the program.

SNACK
Children are encouraged to bring a healthy tea-time snack and refillable water bottle.

MBS Staff Members

All Coaches and Assistants working for the programme are trained fully in Safeguarding for Children and Vetted with the Royal Gibraltar Police. All members of staff wear official uniforms. Lower Primary Schools - Years Available & Timings

The classes at Lower Primary Schools are open to students in years 1 and 2. This is due to the finishing times. If you wish to register a Child who is in Reception, and you are happy to return them to School at 3:15 then we would consider it. Please contact us via email for more info.

All Lower Primary School Classes start at 3:15pm and finish at 5:00pm
