Through compassionate support, community engagement, and accessible resources, we are dedicated to empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges, develop resilience, and embrace holistic wellbeing. By promoting open conversations, breaking stigmas, and providing the tools for self-care and personal growth, we aim to create a society that values and champions the flourishing of each and every person.
MBS (Mind Body Soul) Wellbeing is a charitable platform founded by Monique Grambow in 2021. Monique, a dedicated teacher, recognized the growing challenges faced by students in terms of mental health issues, anxiety, and stress. Motivated to make a positive impact, she explored various holistic modalities and introduced them to her students, witnessing remarkable results. Inspired by this, Monique established MBS Wellbeing to extend support to children in schools and the wider community. Her mission is to ensure that every individual, regardless of their financial background, has access to the necessary wellbeing support. Through MBS Wellbeing, Monique aims to promote and provide inclusive support for children, families, and individuals within our community.
